Parties
Contractor: Independent web development contractor (details withheld from public publication).
Client: Rent Advice Services Ltd (EIK 200603931), represented by Philip Stanimirov, Sofia, Bulgaria.
Subject of agreement
The Contractor develops and delivers a professional tourism website according to the agreed technical scope, including public pages, tour presentation structure, blog capability, contact flows, and administrative tools for content and booking management.
Delivery timeline
- Work start date: 01 March 2026.
- First working version: within 14 calendar days after deposit receipt.
- Final version target: within 45 calendar days after deposit receipt.
- Final project handover deadline: 11 April 2026.
Timelines may be extended by mutual agreement if required feedback is delayed or additional scope is requested.
Out-of-scope changes
Additional requests outside the originally agreed scope are billed separately by agreement at a reference rate of 50 EUR per hour.
Intellectual property
After final payment, rights over delivered code, design, and agreed project content transfer to the Client. The Contractor retains the right to include the completed project in a professional portfolio.
Warranty and support
- 30-day technical bug-fix warranty after final handover.
- Admin panel training is provided as a video lesson or online meeting.
- Post-warranty support is agreed separately.
Termination and disputes
The agreement may be terminated under the contract conditions for party fault or by mutual written consent. Disputes are handled first through negotiation and mutual agreement under Bulgarian law.
